A mobile grooming trailer has to solve three problems at once: water in and water out, power for dryers, and a working temperature the animal can tolerate. Get any one of them wrong and the trailer limits how many appointments you can take in a day, which is the whole reason you bought it.
SDG builds them to order. We are a manufacturer, not a dealer, and we have been fabricating custom trailers since 2001. A pet grooming trailer comes off the same floor as our commercial kitchen builds, which is where the water, waste and heavy electrical experience already lives.

Tub position and plumbing
Where the tub sits decides the whole floor plan. We set it with you, then run the supply and drain to suit, rather than working around a pre-cut shell.
Water and waste capacity
Fresh and waste tanks are specified with the build. Tell us how many animals a day you expect and we fabricate to it.
Power for dryers
Dryers are the heaviest and least forgiving load in a grooming trailer. We build in 9 generator options and size the panel to your equipment list.
Climate control
33 of the 47 builds in our current catalogue carry one or more roof air conditioners. On a grooming trailer that is not a comfort item, it is what keeps the animal safe under a dryer.
Floor and interior finish
The same stainless and diamond plate work that goes into our kitchen builds, which is what you want in a space that is wet all day.

Most grooming trailers for sale are a stock box with a tub dropped into it. Ours start as a drawing. Since 2001 we have built the 47 trailers in the current catalogue alone, from $17,995 to $174,999, and none of them repeated the last one.
Because we fabricate rather than resell, moving the tub, adding a second station or running more power is a price rather than a no.
Financing is available, and every build is quoted individually on its final specification.

Yes. 33 of the 47 builds in our current catalogue carry one or more roof air conditioners, in one, two and seven unit configurations. Climate control is specified with the build rather than added afterwards.

Yes. We are in Waycross, Georgia and we serve the entire United States, with international shipping available on request. As a general estimate at current market rates, budget approximately $2.50 per mile from our shop. Your quote carries the real figure for your destination.
What size grooming trailer do I need?
We have built from 18′ to 48′. For a grooming build the deciding factors are usually the tub, whether you want a separate finishing station, and how much water you need to carry between refills.
