A coffee trailer for sale from SDG is not pulled off a lot. It is fabricated to order around the equipment you have chosen, which is the part that decides everything else: how much counter you need, where the plumbing runs, and how much power the trailer has to carry before the first customer arrives.
We are a manufacturer, not a dealer. Southern Dimensions Group has been building custom trailers since 2001, and the same shop that builds full commercial kitchens builds the coffee bars. That matters when your build needs a three-group machine, a grinder bank and a dedicated water setup in a 18′ to 48′ footprint.
That covers both ends of the range. A compact mobile coffee trailer for markets and events is a different build from a two-barista drive-through bar, and a custom coffee trailer is priced on the one you actually asked for.

Serving window and counter
The window height and counter run are set around your workflow, so the barista is not reaching across the machine to hand off a drink.
Electrical capacity
Espresso machines and grinders are the heaviest draw in the trailer. We build in 9 generator options and size the panel to the equipment list you give us, rather than to a default.
Water and waste
Fresh and waste tanks are specified with the build. Tell us the machine and the volume you expect and we will fabricate around it.
Interior finish
The same stainless work that goes into our commercial kitchen builds, with a diamond plate floor that survives a wet bar.
Chassis and length
We have built from 18′ to 48′. Axle count follows the loaded weight, not the other way round.
Exterior and branding
14 standard colours, custom paint, and wrap-ready panels so your branding is not an afterthought.

Most coffee trailers for sale are stock units with a menu of options bolted on. Ours start as a drawing. Since 2001 we have built 47 trailers in the current catalogue alone, from $17,995 to $174,999, and not one of them was a repeat of the last.
Because we fabricate rather than resell, the answer to “can you move the window, change the length, or run more power” is a price, not a no. That is the whole reason the tagline reads the way it does.

Builds in our current catalogue run from $17,995 to $174,999, and that range covers everything from a compact concession build to a fully loaded gooseneck. A coffee trailer is quoted on its own specification, because the equipment list and the power it needs move the number more than the length does. Request a quote with your equipment and we will price the real build.
Do you ship coffee trailers nationwide?
Yes. We are in Waycross, Georgia and we serve the entire United States, with international shipping available on request. As a general estimate at current market rates, budget approximately $2.50 per mile from our shop. Your quote carries the real figure for your destination.
What size coffee trailer do I need?
We have built from 18′ to 48′. The deciding factor is usually the equipment and the number of people working inside at once, not the menu. A single-barista bar needs far less floor than a two-person build with a three-group machine and a full fridge line.
Can I choose the layout and the colour?
Yes. Layout is set with you at spec time, and we build in 14 standard colours plus custom paint and wraps. You can see combinations on the 3D build configurator before you commit to anything.
Do you build anything other than coffee trailers?
