Custom Trailers Built To Order.

Our custom trailers expertly combine functionality and visual appeal. In practice this line is where the builds go that do not fit a category — mobile retail, mobile offices, medical and screening units, workshops, display and activation trailers, and hybrids that do two jobs at once.

The process is the same as any other build: we start from what the trailer has to do, engineer the layout around that, and then choose the chassis and power to suit. Because nothing is coming off a shelf, an unusual requirement is not a problem — it is just part of the spec.

If it tows, plugs in and has to work for a living, it is worth a conversation. If it ain’t custom, it ain’t SDG.

Case Study: Fuzzies Burgers

Fuzzies Burgers started as a pop-up in Baltimore, MD, and has since evolved into a mobile food business with a cult-like following. They turned to us to create a custom food trailer that matched the branding that they already had on their existing food truck.

Our team got to work and knocked it out of the park on this custom food trailer. Now dubbed, “Elektra”, by the Fuzzies Burgers team, this trailer is serving up the mouthwatering burgers you can imagine in Baltimore, MD.
